CONGRESS LECTURES
Use our Internet upload service before OTWorld and transfer your presentation file to a secure congress server provided by our technical service provider. Your presentation will be made available in the hall on the day of your presentation. Advance submission ensures that everything runs smoothly from a technical perspective. We therefore ask you to upload your slides by May 10, 2026. Early upload is important because the platform automatically checks your presentation for compatibility and our technical service provider can consult with you in good time if any problems arise.
As an OTWorld speaker, you have received detailed instructions on how to create your presentation by email.
EPOSTERS
ePoster Exhibition
ePosters will be presented from Tuesday, 19 May to Friday, 22 May 2026 at the OTWorld 2026 congress and can be viewed by visitors throughout the entire period.
Templates to use when creating your ePoster
ePosters may only be submitted as a PowerPoint presentation in landscape format. Approved formats are .ppt and .pptx. Mac-specific formats will not be supported. If you have a Mac, please use PowerPoint for Mac.
ePosters can include a three-minute audio track. For more information, see the guidelines: OTW 2026 guidelines for ePosters

Congress office/technical check/media acceptance opening hours
May 19–21, 2026: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
May 22, 2026: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
