Enabling Movement – Para-Sports in Care and Rehabilitation

On a spacious sports field, the special exhibition “Enabling Movement – Para-Sports in Care and Rehabilitation” showcases how diverse and accessible para-sports can be. You’ll have the opportunity to discover various sports for people with physical impairments—and even try them out yourself.

Clubs, coaches, and active para-athletes demonstrate how sports enhance quality of life, independence, and social participation. From sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball to wheelchair rugby, the exhibition offers vivid insights into the variety of sports and the opportunities para-sports can provide.

The goal is to highlight the importance of movement and sports for people with physical impairments. Every step, throw, and interaction with a club can open new paths to confidence, mobility, and joy in life.
