Spinova Mum provides targeted relief in cases of musculoskeletal problems in the lumbar, pelvic and hip region during pregnancy and postpartum regeneration. Thanks to dorsal corset stays and tensioning straps to apply force, the lumbar orthosis straightens the lumbar spine and can counteract potential hyperlordosis. Depending on the pulling direction, its unique strap system allows regulated lifting of the belly and stabilization of the pelvic girdle to provide further relief.
The particularly soft abdominal fastening and individually adjustable tensioning straps are positioned below the belly. Thanks to the extended Velcro area, the fastening adapts to the growing bump until birth, and during postpartum regeneration to its reducing circumference. When pulling on the lateral straps of the Spinova Mum, the belly is lifted gently to reduce lordosis. Frontal pulling generates circular pelvic compression which stabilizes the structures of the sacroiliac joints (SI joints) and the symphysis. Together with the dorsal pads, this can alleviate local pain.
Spinova Mum is lightweight and, thanks to its elastic mesh material, pleasantly breathable as well as easy to don.
