Our 3D Postural Seating system is a patient-specific seating solution designed to improve positioning, comfort and pressure management through advanced digital technologies. Each seat is customized to the patient’s anatomy and clinical needs, helping provide better postural support, stability and long-term comfort.
The process combines digital measurement, individualized design and additive manufacturing to create lightweight, breathable and fully customized 3D foam structures. The geometry can be adapted to each patient and to different positioning systems, offering a precise fit and supporting integration into existing seating setups.
A key differentiator is the use of objective pressure mapping to assess and validate the seating solution. This allows clinicians to visualize pressure distribution, identify high-risk areas and optimize the design to help reduce the risk of pressure injuries.
