COPSIL SOCKET is a two-component RTV polyaddition silicone developed for manufacturing soft prosthetic sockets, resistant parts, molds, and prototypes. Mixed in a 1:1 ratio, it crosslinks at room temperature using a platinum catalyst system and can be accelerated by heat.
Designed as an alternative to acrylics, polyurethanes, epoxy systems, and HTV silicones, COPSIL SOCKET improves flexibility, comfort, and support for prosthetic devices. The product is certified for skin contact according to ISO 10993-5 and is designed for safe and reliable workshop implementation without specific equipment requirements.
