Bionic System Knee Joint

The NEURO HiTRONIC is the world's smallest hydraulic system knee joint – made possible by its patented micro-hydraulics.

A high-performance microprocessor processes sensor data 400 times per second for ultra-fast response to gait phase changes. Integrated air spring for smooth, harmonious swing-through of the lower leg.

Controlled via Bluetooth remote, smartphone or smartwatch. Splash-proof (IP44) and compact enough to be worn comfortably under trousers.
