We use Del Cam CNC Milling and Vacuum pressing for custom insoles. Our labs feature foot scanners, static pressure measurement, and dynamic gait analysis systems to collect foot data, create 3D foot models, and process them via CNC milling or 3D printing.
We collaborate with podiatrists, pedorthists, orthotists, and prosthetists to make personalized insoles based on foot scan data (STL format) and prescriptions.
Our certified Pedorthist team has over 7 years of experience in providing custom insoles for Chinese patients and is expanding globally.
