The MONO SUPPORT attachment kit with gas spring complements the MONO knee joint and supports knee extension – a noticeable functional benefit in cases of weakened knee extensor muscles or for the dynamic stretching of non‑structural contractures.
The attachment kit can also be added to existing orthoses at a later date. Refillable, replaceable and removable gas springs allow for individual adjustment, while the practical plug-in connection enables quick attachment and removal of the springs. With nominal forces ranging from 10 N to 350 N, a wide spectrum is available for precise adjustment. This combination creates a system that allows for uncomplicated adaptation to changing fitting conditions.
The MONO SUPPORT is ideal for KAFO and HKAFO applications and expands the MONO knee joint with an adaptable functional component.
