The MyEcc Pupil Prop is a special control system – specifically developed and designed for people who are only able to move their eyes independently.
Its core component is a specially designed pair of glasses that captures eye movements via a sensor and, through the connected software, steers the powered wheelchair in the corresponding direction of gaze. People diagnosed with conditions such as ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) regain the ability to independently control their powered wheelchair in all directions and stop it simply by closing their eyes. In addition, seat adjustments can be performed and even robotic arms can be controlled.
A key highlight: The MyEcc Pupil Prop is the only eye-controlled solution for powered wheelchairs worldwide that works reliably outdoors – even in direct sunlight.
