Progressive lumbosacral orthosis, made of lightweight and breathable double-layer mesh material that facilitates ventilation and moisture removal.

▪ Includes 2 interchangeable thermoplastic plates of different densities for rigid or semi-rigid containment.

▪ New pulley system with selective compression for the lumbar and sacral areas independently, allowing compression to be adjusted freely.

▪ The lacing pull tabs, with a thumbhole, facilitate donning and doffing the orthosis.

▪ Front velcro fastener that allows for the placement or removal of an abdominal plate to increase or decrease the level of containment.
