We are DARCO, a globally established provider of orthopaedic devices and therapeutic comfort footwear with a clear focus on the foot and ankle. The company was founded in 1985 by foot surgeon Dr. H. Darrel Darby. Since then, we have been developing practical solutions for postoperative and therapeutic care.
Our portfolio includes products for prevention and postoperative treatment as well as solutions for trauma, diabetic and wound care. It is complemented by therapeutic comfort footwear that combines medical function with high wearing comfort and everyday usability.
