Information for exhibitors

Dear exhibitors of OTWorld,

We are looking forward to hosting the OTWorld for you and welcoming you to Leipzig!

To make your participation as easy as possible, we would like to inform you about the next steps and provide important information regarding your presence.

Stand construction and freight forwarding

To make your booth set up easy, stand construction packages will be offered by our colleagues from Fairnet GmbH. There are different packages available, ranging from basic to premium. Please read here for more information.

If you have not yet booked a stand package via the exhibitor registration, you can still do that through the Online Service Center starting from Mid of January 2026.

Do you have special stand construction requirements (e.g. with suspensions, special constructions) for stands larger than 30 square metres? Our colleagues from Fairnet will be glad to advise you on individual constructions.

Co-exhibitor registration

Exhibitors who share their booth with another company that is represented with own staff, are required to register the other company as “co-exhibitor”.

A co-exhibitor registration will be charged with 980.00 EUR and will include:

• 1 additional co-exhibitor pass
• Own entry of the co-exhibitor with one company profile and two product profiles in the digital Product and Exhibitor World; entry in the printed Exhibitor Directory and OTWorld App
• One included license for Scan2Lead

How to register co-exhibitors:

• Log in to your customer account.
• Click on “register Co-exhibitor”.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “add co-exhibitor"
• Enter the data of your co-exhibitor and complete the registration.

Exhibitor workshops

Exhibitors are invited to offer individual workshops for the participants. 45-minute workshops are available from 599 EUR. You can select a topic of your choice.

We recommend to book your slot until 1 December, so we can include and promote your workshop in the online and printed congress programme.

Advertising opportunities – highlight your appearance onsite!

To help you make the most of your trade fair appearance, we would like to introduce you to the wide range of advertising opportunities at OTWorld (PDF, 458 kB) . There are numerous options to present your company and products in the best possible way – from workshops and company events to online banners and print advertisements, as well as eye-catching on-site advertising spaces.

In addition, there will be further digital opportunities related to the online exhibitor directory and your company profile available in January, about which we will, of course, inform you in due time.

Youth.Academy TO

Do you know the Youth.Academy for Technical Orthopaedics, or JA.TO for short? It is a nationwide initiative of the German Association of Orthopaedic Technology Guilds (BIV-OT) that supports young talent across disciplines. Trainees and students are given the opportunity early on to network within the professional community and gain direct access to training and continuing education.

At OTWorld, JA.TO participants can look forward to a special program. By sponsoring JA.TO, you draw the attention of the next generation of professionals to your organization and connect with the skilled experts of tomorrow.

Leadscanning with Scan2Lead

As an exhibitor of OTWorld you will receive one included licence Scan2Lead SMART for leadscanning from our partner Scan2Lead .

One licence can be used on one device only. Additional licenses for further devices can be booked in the Online Service Center starting from mid of January 2026 if needed.

Accommodation

Due to the high demand, we highly recommend to book your accommodation early! To ensure availability, contingents and fixed rates have been blocked at several hotels near the event venue and downtown Leipzig. You can book your accommodation through the hotel portal of Leipziger Messe.
