Lower limb volume variation remains one of the most common challenges in prosthetic care, often affecting socket fit, comfort, stability, and daily mobility. During this workshop, Ethnocare will present the Overlay TT and TF, an adjustable prosthetic interface designed to help transtibial and transfemoral users manage residual limb volume changes throughout the day without removing their prosthesis.

The presentation will introduce the clinical problem of limb volume fluctuation, explain how the Overlay’s integrated air expansion system works, and highlight its application for both below-knee and above-knee amputees. The session will also cover patient selection, compatibility with common suspension systems, fitting considerations, and practical use cases from clinicians and users.
