Due to the wide range of adjustment options, our IC-KP assembly system with alignment aid enables precise compliance with the specifications required for various prosthetic components.
It is made of stainless steel and features a sealing bladder for socket fixation. The knee joint can also be fixed, and a foot support is included. The integrated pressure gauge measures the pressure in the sealing bladder (max. 1.5 bar).
Furthermore, there are two linear rails, one horizontal and one vertical. The ball joints allow for abduction, adduction, flexion, and extension. Measurement tools, heel wedges, or similar items can be stored in the drawer beneath the foot support.
The alignment device should be securely fixed in place, preferably to a wall or a workbench.
Use
Assembly and adjustments may only be carried out by an orthopedic technician, as they possess the necessary expertise to ensure an optimal prosthesis.
Maintenance
With proper care and cleaning, the device is maintenance-free. Please ensure that the pressure regulator does not exceed 1.5 bar. In addition, the sealing bladder should be checked regularly for wear.
With the help of a laser plummet, you can now position the prosthetic components in such a way that they meet both the alignment criteria of the components and the individual needs of the patient.
