Corsets in High-Speed 3D Printing

FR Additive manufactures corsets using high-speed 3D printing – successfully implemented in daily clinical practice and already in serial use by our customers.

Production is reproducible, cost-efficient, and fully integrable into existing workshop workflows. Reduced printing times lower unit costs, while direct printing without positive molds or thermoforming minimizes manual process steps and stabilizes production workflows.

Manufactured from ISO 10993-certified polypropylene (PP), the corsets are thermoformable, dimensionally accurate, and mechanically reliable. Variable wall thicknesses allow targeted stiffness control within a single device.

High-speed 3D printing is therefore not a future concept, but a proven production solution for orthopedic care.

Let us discuss at the trade show how this approach could be implemented in your facility in terms of cost efficiency, workshop workload reduction, and patient comfort.
