The BASE One shoes are a modern new development in the field of foot fasteners.
The BASE One shoes/foot fasteners are used as a system component of the foot abduction orhosis for babies or children diagnosed with idiopathic clubfoot according to Dr. Ponseti´s conservative therapy approach. The entire orthosis is used to maintain a correction of the foot made by plaster redression.
The foot fasteners are used to hold and fix the child´s foot. The foot fasteners are used together with the foot abduction brace.
