VilPower is a custom-made motorized orthosis that supports the entire arm for patients with reduced function in one arm. The product uses in-house sensor technology to detect and amplify very weak movements, enabling patients to use their residual or compensatory movements to perform functional tasks.

The sensors are highly sensitive, allowing the device to be fitted even to patients with only minimal noticeable force in the affected arm. VilPower can be put on and taken off independently by the patient using their unaffected hand. The device can also compensate for spastic movements, making it suitable for patients with high levels of spasticity. VilPower also has two mobile applications, one for the user and one for the CPO, where software settings such as speed and sensitivity can be easily adjusted.

VilPower is primarily designed for patients with conditions such as stroke, BPI, SCI, and slowly progressing neurodegenerative diseases.
