Our insole manufacturing concept combines 3D-printed insoles, CNC milling on demand, and readily available insole blanks into a flexible system. Production processes can be selectively outsourced to a central printing farm and manufacturing facility, relieving internal capacities and stabilizing workflows. Depending on requirements, the appropriate level of manufacturing depth can be chosen – from individually printed to precisely milled, or rapid supply based on pre-fabricated blanks. The result: short lead times, predictable processes, and a high level of supply reliability in daily operations.
