The SQY Foot is a next generation dynamic foot, developed by SQY Innovations as part of a long-term research and innovation program. Designed for active users (K3 level), it redefines the standards of dynamic prosthetic feet by combining performance, comfort, and real-world usability.
At its core, the SQY Foot integrates a high-performance carbon fiber blade, delivering excellent energy return, smooth rollover, and natural gait dynamics. What sets it apart is its fully encapsulated design: the blade is embedded within a next-generation elastomer shell that is flexible, durable, and completely waterproof.
This innovative structure solves long-standing limitations of traditional prosthetic feet. Unlike conventional hollow cosmetic shells, the SQY Foot prevents the intrusion of sand, water, and debris, enabling users to move seamlessly across environments—from beaches and pools to urban settings.
The elastomer capsule also incorporates advanced anti-slip technology, significantly improving grip on wet or slippery surfaces and enhancing user safety. Additionally, integrated drainage channels ensure quick water evacuation, while the soft outer material provides a more natural “barefoot” sensation and improved shock absorption.
Weighing only 585 grams, the SQY Foot is one of the lightest in its category, offering increased comfort and reduced fatigue during daily use. Its design supports inversion and eversion, ensuring stability on uneven terrain and making it suitable for a wide range of activities.
