The "STEP-ON ANKLE HINGE 100" which is a low-profile, lightweight, yet robust unilateral hinge made from stainless steel. Designed for ease of use by technicians in the construction of dynamic custom-made AFOs and/or KAFOs, with simple functionality. Features a spring mechanism that offers 34° range of motion, which can be adjusted to a range of options in both dorsiflexion and plantarflexion (e.g., 22° dorsiflexion and 12° plantarflexion), depending on the position of the hinge on the cast.

This code is available with the extension “STEP-ON ANKLE HINGE 100 / EXTENSION” and with the dummy kit “STEP-ON ANKLE HINGE 100 / EXTENSION with Dummy Kit” 

The "Active Dynamic Footplate" which is a kit that includes the lower part (footplate) of a Step-On AFO. It features the dynamic Step-On Ankle Joint combined with a ¾ footplate made of polypropylene. This footplate can be modified by cutting, heating, or grinding to adjust to the patient’s needs. The technician should fabricate the custom-made tibial shell of the AFO using polypropylene or polyethylene, with the freedom to choose the final design of the AFO.

The "PP Dynamic AFO Kit" which is made from the semi-finished tibial shell and the "Active Dynamic Footplate". Both Plantar Shell and Tibial Shell are made of high-quality thermoplastic polypropylene, which can be modified by cutting, heating, or grinding to meet the individual’s needs. The finished AFO requires adjustment according to the patient’s measurements, as well as the addition of straps, pads, and a liner to ensure a comfortable and skin-friendly fit.

The "3Dynamic AFO Kit" which is made from the semi-finished 3D printed tibial shell and the Active Dynamic Footplate. The Step-On Semi-Finished Tibial Shell is made of thermoplastic Nylon, and the Plantar Shell is made of high-quality thermoplastic polypropylene. Both materials can be modified by cutting, heating, or grinding to adjust and meet the individual patient’s needs. The finished AFO requires adjustment to the patient’s measurements, along with the addition of straps, pads, and a liner to ensure a comfortable and skin-friendly fit.
