With the new TF 3.1 Seal, the Swedish specialist for modern prosthetic liners introduces a solution that consistently combines control, comfort and secure vacuum suspension.
The integrated V-seal supports the creation and maintenance of a secure vacuum – even in cases of moderate residual limb volume fluctuations. This improves prosthetic control while reducing pistoning movement within the socket. The V-seal has been deliberately positioned higher than in many other systems, meaning the sealing area is often located outside sensitive soft tissue regions.
At the core of the liner is the NORD° Formula NF 53. The newly developed material combines the comfort and flexibility of a gel material with the shape stability of silicone. Even under load, the liner remains dimensionally stable and supports a secure fit within the prosthetic socket. At the same time, the Easy Turn Distal End simplifies donning and supports controlled rolling over the distal end of the residual limb.
Particular attention was also given to the textile. Its longitudinally stable construction reduces the so-called pistoning effect. At the same time, the liner remains radially elastic and adapts flexibly to the individual shape of the residual limb. The result is a prosthetic solution that combines stability with adaptability in a targeted way.
With the TF 3.1 Seal, focuses on a modern prosthetic solution that combines technical precision with high comfort.
