With the founding of the MITCenter as a joint project between Leipzig University Hospital (UKL) and Leipzig University, we are paving the way for a new era in Central Germany’s healthcare industry. Our goal is to accelerate the transfer of medical innovations from research directly to the patient’s bedside.

The MITCenter acts as an innovation engine, bridging the gap between clinics and the medical industry. We make the transfer of healthcare technologies faster, safer, and more reliable. Being deeply rooted in Leipzig University Medicine allows us to offer our partners direct access to clinical expertise and the opportunity to test new technologies under real-world conditions.
