Endless Industries automates the manufacturing of carbon fiber parts for orthotics and prosthetics. Our system – combining continuous fiber materials, a patented process head, and our Akio software – produces patient-specific orthoses and prosthetic components directly from the digital model. No hand lamination, no mold-making.

The result: thinner, stiffer, and lighter parts with reproducible quality, significantly lower unit costs, and faster turnaround. Optimized fiber paths where the patient needs stability – material savings where comfort matters most.

Developed in Berlin as a spin-off from TU Berlin. At OTWorld 2026, we'll show how continuous fiber composites integrate seamlessly into existing digital patient care workflows.
