XtremeFit: protection engineered, not just designed.

XtremeFit is UNYQ's most technically advanced prosthetic cover to date and the first product in a new collection built entirely around one premise: maximum protection first, everything else following.

Launched exclusively at OT World 2026, XtremeFit is fully custom-made for each patient's anatomy and prosthesis, compatible with the vast majority of transtibial and transfemoral prosthetic components on the market, and manufactured using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing technology with advanced flexible TPA material.

What makes it different

Most prosthetic covers are painted or lacquered after production. XtremeFit is not. Its colour is deep-dyed through the entire material, integrated during the printing process itself, with no surface treatment of any kind applied afterwards. When the cover is scratched or impacted, the same colour runs through the material beneath. The finish doesn't change, because the finish is the material.
