XFeet was built to change that, and after 15 years of R&D and over 400,000 paired foot scans, we're making our full technology stack available to any distributor, lab or practitioner, under their own brand. The XFeet white-label platform is a single interface through which partners can access and deliver the complete spectrum of custom orthotic solutions. Without capital investment, without building proprietary technology, and without compromise on clinical quality. Custom parametric insoles in TPU and biosourced PA11, shaped to the exact foot geometry at 0.1 mm precision, designed in 5 minutes per pair. Connected insoles with embedded sensors for real-time plantar pressure and gait monitoring, turning a one-time fitting into a continuous, data-driven clinical relationship. XFix (patented), a proprietary micro-textured orthotic component that replaces traditional adhesives used to assemble top-covers and insoles, improving patient hygiene and simplifying fabrication, embedded directly into the design workflow. Therapeutic slippers integrating a fully custom 3D-printed insole from a foam box impression or digital scan, ready-to-wear orthopedic footwear designed for elderly, post-op and diabetic foot care. Scanning flexibility: compatible with all major scanners on the market, plus an integrated mobile solution capable of digitising foam box impressions and offloaded feet. No dedicated hardware required. Production flexibility: partners can order finished insoles through XFeet's manufacturing network, or receive STL files for direct in-clinic printing via filament deposition, enabling in-house production at the point of care.
