At OT WORLD 2026, HomeBrace will present the latest generation of eye control for electric wheelchairs—designed for people who cannot move their bodies or heads independently. For the first time, the new version combines the existing MyEcc Prop and MyEcc Pupil Prop product lines into a unified system. Depending on the user’s needs, it can be operated either via an existing eye-controlled communication device or via specially developed sensor glasses. This provides users—from people with spasticity to those diagnosed with conditions such as ALS—with the highest level of safety, intuitiveness, and self-determination. Furthermore, the MyEcc V5 not only allows for the control of driving functions but also seamlessly integrates seat adjustments and assistive systems such as robotic arms. The new version is complemented by proportional control and the integration of artificial intelligence, which enables the highest level of precision, adaptability, and intuitive operation. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the system operates with absolute reliability both indoors and outdoors—even in direct sunlight.
