The grounds of the Leipziger Messe are equipped with a modern information and communication infrastructure. Among other services, we offer wired internet connections in the exhibition halls – with high bandwidth and availability. You can book this service conveniently using our online ordering system .
Note: Follow the guide (PDF, 222 kB) below to connect your own Wi-Fi router to your wired Internet connection. This guide will teach you some basic rules for low-interference operation.

DHL Global Event Logistics GmbH is the exclusive logistics partner of Leipziger Messe GmbH. The company has sole forwarding rights on the grounds of the Leipziger Messe.
DHL Global Event Logistics services in detail:
- Transport of exhibits and stand installations to and from the stand
- Empty and full load handling, including provision of technical auxiliary equipment for unloading and loading
- Assembly or deconstruction
- Transport etc.
- Customs clearance for temporary and permanent imports

Visas: Quick Help With Questions About Visas
If you are planning to attend OTWorld 2024, we advise you to find out if you need a visa to enter Germany as early as possible, taking into consideration the visa process time. During the peak travel season there may be a waiting time for making an application to a German mission . Persons requiring a visa to enter Germany should therefore submit their applications in good time. Please also make sure to hand in only complete paperwork. This is the best way to assure a speedy process.
