Are motion analyses a fundamental prerequisite for insole treatment, or are they just an overkill of information? Do movement science and orthopaedic craftsmanship complement each other, or do these disciplines compete? Workout instead of insoles, or vice versa? Drawing on practical experience and examples from sports and rehabilitation, you will learn which factors truly matter and which indicators influence the decision on whether a sensorimotor insole or a primarily biomechanically acting insole is the “right” choice for a patient’s treatment.
