3D printed insoles

kokochii® insoles offer high orthopedic functionality with low material thickness. This is made possible through thoughtful pressure geometry: the rigid and elastic zones are combined through varying material thicknesses and structural interconnection.

The insoles have been tested at the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Technical University of Berlin. They underwent a million roll-off tests in a gait simulator. Additionally, they were tested in a climatic chamber ranging from -6°C to +40°C, as well as in a bath with a physiological sweat solution.

Our insoles are recyclable and washable. Post-processing through grinding and cutting is easily achievable, and they can be thermoplastically deformed by heating. The integration of cushioning materials poses no obstacle. This allows us to better meet the specific needs of customers.
