Living with Neurological Conditions: Hall 3, E10

Early support, successful careers – assistive care that enables participation

The special exhibition “Living with Neurological Conditions” demonstrates how people with neurological conditions can be supported from early childhood through to working life with the help of appropriate assistive devices, interprofessional care and social support.

Across different stages of life, the exhibition illustrates how participation can become a reality in everyday life – offering a practical perspective on care solutions that evolve alongside the people who rely on them.

Held under the motto “From Early Support to Employment: Enabling Participation through Care”, the special exhibition will take place at OTWorld 2026 in Leipzig. It is conceptualised by the service provider network rehaVital and held under the patronage of German Association of Orthopaedic Technology (BIV-OT).

At its core is the question of how optimal assistive devices, interprofessional care and social support can enable participation throughout all stages of life.
