Cooperation with the ISPO World Congress
OTWorld will continue to cooperate with ISPO as it did in 2019 in Kobe, Japan and will be represented on the programme with an Advanced Instructional Course.
Due to the pandemic, the 18th World Congress of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) will take place digitally from 1–4 November 2021. The central theme will be "Digital Transformation in an Evolving World", and participants can expect an interdisciplinary programme covering aspects of orthotics, prosthetics and the provision of medical aids. OTWorld will continue to cooperate with ISPO as it did in 2019 in Kobe, Japan and will be represented on the programme with an Advanced Instructional Course. The topic will be "Orthotic and Therapeutic Approach in Sports – from Prevention to Rehabilitation", in connection with the focus topics presented by the congress presidents of OTWorld 2022, Professor Dr Martin Engelhard and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Merkur Alimusaj.
