The aim is to figure out if compensatory movements of prosthesis users may also be detected by force plates in specific daily tasks. Zusammenfassung: The influence of different braking algorithms on ramp descent for transfemoral amputees was investigated using an integrated limb to allow remote control. The residual propulsive force was reduced and subjective safety increased for limb brake indicating an improvement of ambulation. |
