Artus3D has made digital production of AFOs easy with the new Artus3D AFO Module. Our state-of-the-art algorithms enable orthotic engineers to go from 3D scan to product within 2 minutes. 

A rough 3D scan of the leg (including floor, chair, etc.) can be imported and will be automatically processed. Adjustments to the scan can be made, such as a preloading angle, toe-off, heel-off, volume addition/subtraction, etc. The model can be exported for CNC-milling. Additionally, a template for a 3D-printable AFO can be loaded and edited by the user, and can be exported for 3D printing.
