Push braces / Nea International member ofa bamberg group

About us

Nea International was set up in 1986 and now is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ofa Bamberg. We are involved in the area of orthopaedic braces under the brands of Push braces and Push Sports. We have a great history of creating unconventional solutions for protecting and supporting the body; allowing people to move in a healthy, comfortable way. The value to stakeholders comes from making people aware of our effective and appealing products and making them available to the general public and athletes. Our products are represented and promoted through a network of distributors in approximately 36 countries. Push offers a range of high quality braces and believes in the concept of ‘Push for Freedom’, which stands for moving comfortably the way people want to. A good brace helps with this. Because users can put pressure on their joints again; they increase their mobility, and with that their freedom of movement.

11/05/2022 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM Exhibitor Workshop

Exhibitor: Ofa Bamberg GmbH, NEA International bv

11/05/2022 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM Exhibitor Workshop

Exhibitor: Ofa Bamberg GmbH, NEA International bv

"In a quest to further refine an ankle stabilising mechanism in an existing ankle orthosis model, two central aspects have been redeveloped: the matching of the geometry of brace and ankle, and the interplay of rigidity and flexibility in the new Push Aequi stabilising concept. The result is the new Flex-Protect® system. This achievement creates a highly comfortable and stable brace, with absolute minimum material volume. Substantiated by tests with a state-of-the-art testing device from Fraunhofer institute, this brace reaches top levels of stabilisation. The fact the brace can be used in any shoe, and its comfortable fit to the foot, contributes to patient compliance and the succes of therapy. This workshop takes you through the steps of development and shows you how the development process was supported by thorough research."
