Hotel accommodation for OTWorld 2022 from just €85 including breakfast and favourable cancellation policy
Organisers, exhibitors, visitors and customers can benefit from improved hotel conditions and shorter cancellation periods thanks to an additional agreement between Leipziger Messe and its partner hotels.
This significantly reduces the risk of charges for overnight guests who book their hotels via Leipziger Messe. Should events connected with the booking be cancelled due to the pandemic or if overnight stays are prohibited or travel restrictions imposed, no cancellation fees will be charged by the partner hotels for bookings via Leipziger Messe. Minimising the financial risk in this way gives exhibitors and participants significantly greater planning security for on-site events.
The following shortened cancellation deadlines apply to all hotel bookings via Leipziger Messe for OTWorld in 2022:
Bookings of up to 5 "room nights"*
Written cancellation can be made free of charge for up to 7 days before arrival.
Bookings from 6 "room nights*"
Written cancellation can be made free of charge for up to 14 days before arrival. You can still cancel 50% of the booked "room nights" free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
*"Room nights": number of rooms booked multiplied by the number of nights booked, e.g.: 1 room x 3 nights = 3 "room nights"
