Cause of pain following arthrorisis surgery for a flexible flat foot
Short description
Der flexible Plattfuß wird operativ mit einer Arthrorisestoppschraube oder einem Subtalar”Bolzen” versorgt. Eine temporäre Absatzerhöhung verringert postoperative Beschwerden. Dies wird damit erklärt, dass dekompensierte Equinusfehlstellungen durch die Operation wieder zum “Spitzfuß” werden.
