Im Beitrag wird eine Studie vorgestellt, im Rahmen derer die Nutzung eines dynamischen Orthesenknöchelgelenks in zwei differenten Typen von Ganzbeinorthesen getestet wurde. Auf der Basis biomechanischer Analysen verschiedener Alltagsbewegungen werden Funktionalität und Patientennutzen bewertet.
