Menschen sind nicht in der Lage anhand klassischer Trainingsmethoden eine ihnen vorgegebene Belastung einzuhalten. Durch den Einsatz eines ambulanten Echtzeit-Biofeedbacksystems zur kontinuierlichen Kontrolle konnten wir im Rahmen unserer Studie die Anzahl von Fehlbelastungen signifikant verringern.
