Abstract: Das Erlernen eines sicheren und sturzfreien Gangbildes nach einer Amputation hat einen gewichtigen Stellenwert in der Prothesenversorgung. Die vorgestellte Beobachtungsstudie geht der Frage nach, ob und welche Parameter durch Anlegen bestimmter Kinesiotapeanlagen beeinflussbar sind.

Schmerz und Mobilität nach unterer Extremitätenamputation bei Tumor- und Traumapatienten

Abstract: Phantom- und Stumpfschmerzen unterscheiden sich je nach Amputationsursache in Häufigkeit und Intensität und beeinflussen somit die Rehabilitation und prothetische Versorgung. Ein besseres Schmerzverständnis kann helfen, die weitere therapeutisch und prothetische Versorgung zu optimieren.

Motor skills improvement evaluation of cerebral palsy child with lower limbs spasticity by application of variable abduction hip orthosis

Abstract: Application of variable abduction hip orthosis (VAHO) by cerebral palsy (CP) child with lower limbs spasticity can improve motor skills: child’s sitting, posture, walking, walking distance and reduce scissoring gait immediately after application of VAHO and after 6 months of VAHO usage.
